Manage all your blogs from Claude, Cursor and other AI assistants

More and more of you run your main websites through AI assistants. You ask Claude or Cursor to fix a page, publish a post or change the tagline, and it does it. A few weeks ago one of our users asked whether they could do the same with their EBN blogs.

Now they can. Easy Blog Networks has an MCP server: connect your AI assistant to your EBN account once and manage all your blogs by asking for what you want.

One connection, every blog

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the standard way AI assistants connect to outside services. Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor and a growing list of other tools support it.

Once connected, your assistant sees every blog in your account. You don’t log into each wp-admin or set up a separate connection per blog, whether you have sixteen blogs or two hundred.

Your assistant can:

  • Write and edit content. Create posts and pages, rewrite existing ones, fix typos and update old articles. New posts are saved as drafts unless you ask the assistant to publish them.
  • Manage media. Upload images from a URL or your computer and set them as featured images.
  • Organize. Create categories and tags and assign them to posts.
  • Change site settings. Title, tagline, timezone, language, front page and more.
  • Manage the network. List your networks and blogs, check a blog’s status, HTTPS and last backup, add a new blog or schedule one for deletion.

For example:

Add a 600-word post about winter tire maintenance to every blog in my “Auto” network, saved as a draft.

On blog42.com, find all posts that mention 2024 and update them for 2026.

Set the tagline on all my blogs to match their site title.

Nothing installed on your blogs

You could install a WordPress MCP plugin on every blog, but that puts the same plugin and the same API endpoints on every site in your network. That’s the kind of footprint EBN is built to help you avoid.

Our MCP server runs on our side. It talks to each blog through the standard WordPress REST API that every WordPress site already has, so nothing changes on the blogs themselves.

Logged, and limited on purpose

Every change an assistant makes shows up in your account’s activity log, with the blog it was made on.

The assistant can’t delete posts, pages or media. Deleting a blog works the same way as in the app: it’s scheduled 24 hours ahead, and you can cancel it from the blog page until then.

If a team member has a collaborator API key, their assistant only sees the networks you shared with them. Creating and deleting blogs needs your own key.

How to set it up

Go to Settings → Account in the app and scroll down to AI assistants. You’ll find a ready-made snippet for Claude Code, Claude Desktop and Cursor with your credentials already filled in. Copy the one for the tool you use, restart the assistant, and ask it to list your blogs.

Each blog needs its REST API enabled before the assistant can edit its content. You can click Enable REST API on the blog page, or ask the assistant to do it.

The full instructions are in our Help Center article.

The assistant works with content and settings. It can’t redesign layouts built with page builders like Elementor.

You can’t connect from Claude.ai or ChatGPT yet, because they need a different login method. If you’d use that, or have feedback on what’s there now, reply to any of our emails or reach out through the app.
